Code Ranch Site Development

Code Ranch is a 11,000 SF facility that came to life from an empty plot into a state-of-the-art multi-building campus outside Austin, TX.

Prior to the office and retail development, we performed a floodplain analysis of two tributaries running through the site. Entrusted with permitting work in the Barton Springs Zone, 云顶国际登录官网手机版 helped secure various site permissions:

Upon approval our team designed a detention/irrigation pond and a water service extension. The massive barn style office space was completed in 2019 and is home to IT support company, Lightspeed Systems.
